GhlifeTV has gathered that Chief Justice, Kwasi Anin-Yeboah has started a 14-day isolation for covid-19 as directed by his doctors.

This comes after the increasing number of affected persons in especially the government institutions as some judges are also believed to have contracted the virus.

Meanwhile the Minister of Employment and Labour Relations has followed up with a directive of setting up a task force, which will pay unannounced visits to institutions to enforce the safety protocols.

The Chief Justice’s condition was communicated in a circular issued to High Court judges by the Judicial Secretary, Cynthia Pamela Addo.
“Respectfully, His Lordship the Chief Justice has from 6th July, 2020, on the advice of his doctors, embarked on a fourteen (14) day self-isolation in compliance with Covid-19 protocols.
“During the period, His Lordship will be working from the Chief Justice’s Official Residence at Cantonments, Accra.”
